I have 4 evaluators listed.  3 are completed and I suspect the 4th is flaking out on me, although she may just be waiting until the very last second.  If she never completes the process, but my other 3 are done, will my app still show complete?  I don't want this 4th one to prevent my application from being sent.

provided that you have 3 electronic evaluations submitted, your application will be sent to your designations (schools).
