I recently learned that my undergraduate institution does not list my AP scores and the UD classes I got credit for, they only indicate I received transfer units. I'm currently trying to have the office of the registrar write me a letter explicitly stating what classes I got credit for since I'm currently short 0.33 units for the math prereq and some english prereqs if I do not receive credit for the AP classes.
I know what I got credit for because I have access to a degree audit which states AP Calc BC earned me 8 credits for Math 3A and Math 3B at my university.
My question is, should I list the AP classes under my fall freshman year in coursework and then use my explanation statement to clarify, or should I not list them at all? |

Hi, yes. list your AP course under your freshman year of your primary istutution, and place a statement in your explanation statement stating that the detailed courses were not placed on your transcript.
